It's been a couple of years, but Lead Well is back!
Lead Well is a one-day conference for everyone who serves on any team at Emergence. Whether you serve as a Community Group leader, serve coffee, help get cars parked, or anything in between, this day is for you!
As part of the day, we'll worship together, learn together, pray together, and hear about the year ahead--casting vision for what we'll all be focused on as we pursue Jesus for the coming year.
Lead well is broken into two sections: the morning, for all of those leading a Community or Team, and the afternoon, for everyone who serves on any team, including leaders.

I DON'T SERVE ON A TEAM CURRENTLY. CAN I ATTEND LEAD WELL?
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PART OF THE CONFERENCE I SHOULD ATTEND?
Lead Well is an in-person only event. Not only do we think it is important for our teams to connect with one another in-person, but there's not way to experience this day remotely, and we definitely couldn't get you your SWAG virtually :)
Lead Well is only for people who are currently serving on a team at Emergence. The things we share there may not make much sense to you if you're not on a team. The good news is that you still have time to take steps to join a team prior to Lead Well! Simply head HERE to explore joining a team and using your gifts!
If you are leading any group or team at Emergence, you should join us from 9-5 for the full conference.
If you are not leading a team or a community, but you're serving on a team, join in from 11:30-5 for the main conference only!
