We long to see the children of Emergence develop a strong understanding of the nature and character of God so that they can be confident in His love for them. Our desire is to partner with and support parents in discipling their children through safe and engaging environments, Christ-centered stories, and age appropriate resources that are rooted in the Gospel of Jesus. We want kids to be excited about Jesus so they can develop a lasting faith.
Each campus of Emergence has a fully staffed children's ministry during all morning services, caring for children from birth through 5th grade.
SAFETY
FIRST VISIT?
If you’re visiting for the first time, we'll help get you registered into our system (Emergence Connect) and give you a check-in sticker for each child. These stickers serve two purposes:

SAFETY
- Every volunteer on the eTown team is background checked locally and nationally. While parents are able to focus in the main gathering, our team provides a fun, faith-building experience for your children in a secure environment at each campus.
- Each eTown location is equipped with a secure entrance and exit monitored by a Security team. Only volunteers with badges, children and parents with matching tags will be allowed to enter.
- We maintain an allergy friendly environment in eTown. Together with parents, we utilize a system to identify allergies for individual children and then tag and list these sensitivities within our classrooms.
FIRST VISIT?

- Parent contact — If we need to contact you during the service, this identification gives us the opportunity to connect with you through text.
- Child drop-off and pick-up — You must present your sticker to both the security guard at the entrance to eTown and the teacher in your child’s classroom before we can release your child.
FAMILY DISCIPLESHIP
- Each week, we provide online resources as well as take home pages that enhance the weekly lessons with Bible story activities, scripture and practical steps to take at home to help move your child to a deeper faith. There is also the LifeWay Kids app that can be accessed through your phone.
